The same approach towards coaching Leaders, ignites the process of evolving to their inherent potential and their next best version of Self to pursue their vision and achieve results.
Mrunal brings close to 3 decades of work experience from the field of Media, Social sector, Insurance; and playing the role of a Certified Professional Facilitator & Leadership Coach- as an independent professional. He was one of the founding Managing Committee member of ICF-Mumbai Chapter till 2016. He had been a part of the core team member for India at International Association of Facilitators for 5 years.
As a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) from ICF with over 1100 hours of leadership coaching experience, he has coached clients across industries including CXO’s of MNC Pharma / Finance, Partner from Big 4 audit firm, Senior Leadership Teams, HOD’s ,Hi-Potentials & entrepreneurs. Few notable clients were from Asian Paints, Bestseller, BCG (for their banking client), CEAT Ltd, Deepak Nitrite, EY, IMCD, Johnson Matthey, Juris Corp, PWC, Shapoorji Pallonji, Syngene, Tenneco, UNICEF, and more…
Mrunal has a Bachelor of Engineering from Mumbai university with management education from Welingkar Institute. He served as a visiting faculty with Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS) teaching ‘Facilitation Skills’ for their executive program in Organisation Development. He is trained in Belbin Team Roles and has also completed WIAL Action Learning program.
He is also a Certified Mentor Coach and has conducted L1 Coach Certification Program approved by ICF.
Mrunal pursues spiritual understanding and follows Isha Yoga since 2003. He loves to play table-tennis and is an amateur photographer.
