I am Kavitha Talreja – Cofounder of a creative learning company called ‘Learning Ethos’ which focuses on curating facilitative and experiential sessions on Design Thinking, Gamification and Leadership Blended Learning Journey programs.

A very active member of International Association of Facilitators (IAF) Lead the India Outreach Team. Also, lead some of IAF global initiatives like Facilitation Week (where we promote and celebrate the power of facilitation across 65 countries) and the upcoming Methods Library Carnival scheduled on 15th,16th & 17th Sep.

‘Facilitation and Gamification’ are my passion..Love networking and connecting with people, work with around 300 facilitators across IAF 😊
