Angiras Auro is the Managing Director of Integral Health and Founder of the fledgling School of Integral Health, with over 20 years’ experience as a healer. Integral Health is a healthcare practice that incorporates a variety of healing methods that addresses all the parts of the person – physical, mental, nutritional, emotional and spiritual.

After a 10 year career in the charity sector in Information Management, Angiras returned to her true love of healing. She has extensive experience and training with a variety of Kinesiology styles and techniques – including Applied Kinesiology, Emotional Freedom Technique, Psych-K, Integrated Healing, Kinergetics, BioSET, and Heartspeak. Other modalities in her repertoire include, but are not limited to: Bach Flower Remedies, Homeopathy, Nutritional Advice, Life Coaching and Neuro Linguistic Programming. 

Angiras has a BSc from the University of Surrey, several Diplomas in Kinesiology and is a Reiki Master. She is now expanding into teaching, having recently qualified as a Kinesiology Instructor and is currently completing the Mission Impossible Leadership training program to deliver transformative leadership programs.

Angiras was born and raised in the international township Auroville, in India, dedicated to Human Unity and is currently on the committee of Auroville International UK, a charity providing support to Auroville and the wider bioregion.
