Garima's life purpose is a world where well-being is our default state and all live life fully and freely. She serves as the Executive Trustee of Swasth Foundation, and founded its program Swasth Yog Institute, which is creating a new cadre of integrative health professionals - Aanand Yog Coaches (AYCs). AYCs equip people from all walks of life to align and harmonize their body, energy, mind and emotions to the natural state of well-being, thus coming closer to their highest potential.
