Samridhi Dhar is a seasoned OD Consultant, who comes with 12+ years of experience in consulting as well as corporates like the Mahindra Group and Piramal Group.Her areas of expertise includes large scale OD & culture interventions, learning & development, employer branding, competency design/deployment, talent assessments, leadership development and succession planning. She is also a DEI champion and supports organizations in crafting their DEI strategy and implementing several interventions.
Samridhi is passionate about building a learning culture and in her corporate career, she has set up and managed leadership/functional academies (including HR) in large conglomerates. She has worked across industries including BFSI, Pharmaceuticals & healthcare, Hospitality, Retail, FMCG, Manufacturing and geographies such as the US, UK, Canada, parts of Europe and few countries in South East Asia.
Samridhi has completed her MSc in Psychology with a specialization in HR. She is also a trained behavioral assessor, facilitator and also certified in Behavioral event interviewing, instructional design and Transactional Analysis.
