Sreelatha Pillai began her three decades long career as one of the first women engineers in the Indian Air Force. Since then she has won many hats and handled various roles; the constant being her interest in helping people understand there is way more to themselves then they believe possible. This has been the driving force in her life and career.

As a student of behaviour and management she spends time developing skills that help with the question of the day/year to keep current and to inspire herself and others.  She has a degree in Electronics & Communication engineering,  post graduation in Aeronautical Engineering from Air Force Technical College and Masters in Business Administration from Simon School, University of Rochester, New York. She believes in conveying points through stories, relatable experiences, and examples that simplify rather than complicate.
