He is a certified Executive Coach from Coaching Foundation India (CFI) and a Professional Certified Coach, PCC from the International Coach Federation (ICF). He holds a certification from the Barrett Values Centre, UK in Cultural Transformation Models and Tools in Building a Vision-Guided, Values-Driven Organization. Undergoing a certification in Team Coaching. Till recently, he was Head-Learning & Development of Sundaram Finance group, a respected organization in the financial services industry.
He is the former Global Board Member of the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) which is present in 65 countries. He served as Director of-Conferences & Global Events. He is an accredited administrator of the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (MBTI) suite of instruments, the EQi and is conversant in using various other psychometric instruments. He is a Facilitator of the Global Managers program, the ‘Bullet Proof Manager’ from Crestcom International. He has completed the International Intensive Training in Nonviolent Communication (NVC).
Trained in the Metaphors of Movement (MoM) which is a precision tool to detect the exact stuck point of Clients and how they maintain their problem state. The process helps Clients awaken to their own beliefs which triggers a series of rapid, self- induced results.
In 2017, he was recognized as one of the 100 Most Talented Training & Development Leaders in India by the World HRD Congress.
His Focus: Unleashing human potential through Coaching and Facilitation! He writes human interest stories to his e-group under the banner ‘Oceans in a shell’ , to be published as a book. He has also co-authored an anthology on Coaching, titled ‘Coaching Mantras’ – a book that was published recently.
