About the Programme

The Dream Team programme is a unique offering of Impossible Transformations as it takes an inside out approach to team development; working with individual team members to look within, connect to their true selves (their Being) and shift internally so that they can work effortlessly as a team.

By tapping into the Being of each individual in the team, the programme explores what stops them from meaningfully connecting with others, collaborating powerfully, expressing themselves fully and thus becoming unstoppable.

Through this programme, teams feel more connected, aligned, have clarity of purpose and get paradigm shifting tools that enable them to become more effective and function effortlessly.

The Transformative Design

This is a programme that combines deep inner transformation, building leadership capabilities, along with team development. It’s a learning journey for company executives to come together and transform into an amazing performing team.

Day 1: Discovering and connecting with one’s true self

An internal journey of understanding oneself, experiencing and operating from one’s true self (Being), discovering the obstacles that come in the way of becoming a dream team, and learning to bring out the best version of oneself.

Day 2: Powerfully owning and working together

Learning powerful tools and capabilities to completely own one’s work and the team’s work, whilst practicing deep listening and connecting meaningfully with each other.

2-day workshop + 3 month engagement journey

Structure of the Engagement

This is a 2-day (ideally residential) workshop with a group of 15 - 20 individuals (max). Upto 2 facilitators will conduct this workshop

A diagnostic will be conducted through sensing calls to understand the current team dynamics

Around a fortnight before the workshop begins, we conduct a 30 minute briefing call with the participants to prepare them for the workshop. This may include some assignments that the participants will have to complete before coming to the workshop

The team will work on a 3 month action learning project along with 6 virtual group coaching sessions fortnighly to enable the team members to apply the learnings at work successfully
